amazon web services - Update a view attribute in aws connect - Stack Overflow
I'm working on aws connect project, I need to show some data to agent desktop, First I've created view and used the view in my connect contact flows. I'm able to show the view with provided data, but I've a requirement where agent is still in the call and make a quick connect to another contact flow** , where he caller should provide his consent on something. So I want show it to the agent on his desktop view by updating disclaimimer attribute of view. How can I able to do this.
